No, seriously, I never learned the knack. I’ve tried a few times and it fizzled out quickly. Sure I can write emails, reports, and papers, but writing casually? Thats another ballgame entirely. At work I’ve trained myself to minimize the amount of words I use in an email, I am in effect attempting to distill any given email down to the minimum of what is required to pass information on. Why? It is partially a game, and also a survival tactic, as the email floods in you need to find ways to cope.

Then why I am writing this?

Because I am bored. 90 percent of the reason I do anything in my life is to combat being bored, and this is yet another tactic. Perhaps this little adventure blog will turn out to be something, and at the very least it should prove a distraction until I grow bored of this project as well.
